The new stage is directed by Joel, an experienced professional hospitality who arrived in Spain from Ecuador more than 20 years.
Joel saw a great opportunity in the establishment to create a project that maintained the traditional recipes that made Bar Benigno famous., while introducing the best of the mexican gastronomy.
The result is a perfect fusion between the most authentic Mexican cuisine and Spanish culinary tradition., offering a unique gastronomic experience in Haro.
